Lab work may be covered by insurance, depending on availability and your provider’s coverage. While our services themselves are not typically covered by insurance, we do accept HSA/FSA funds for most treatments, lab work, and supplements. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to confirm specific coverage details.

Depending on how comprehensive your lab panels are, it can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to get results. Once your results are in, our team will reach out to coordinate a time to speak and review your labs.

Although we don’t work with local pharmacies, we make getting your scripts as easy as can be. Our compounding pharmacies treat your specific needs and deliver directly to your doorstep.

We work with special compounding pharmacies. A compounding pharmacy is different from the retail pharmacy you’re used to. Instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach to medicine, compounding pharmacies take an individualized approach to your treatment.

The process is designed to be as easy as possible. Your first appointment with our health liaison can be done from the comfort of your own home.

Upon completing that consult, all you will need to do is:

• Go to the nearest participating lab to draw your blood.

• Wait for your results to have them reviewed.

• Meet with one of our certified physicians.

• Receive your medication and supplement plan, which is delivered directly to your front door.

• You will then have another call to review your meds and learn how to take everything properly.

All of our processes, systems, and protocols are HIPAA compliant.

We do offer Our Elite Start-Up Package is $389 and includes:

• 1 Comprehensive blood panel to evaluate key health markers.

1 doctor consultation to discuss your results and create your plan.

Our Elite Start-Up Package is designed to give you everything you need to kickstart your health journey. Think of it as an ‘à la carte’ option—you pay once for a comprehensive lab panel, a doctor’s consultation, and your personalized treatment plan. From there, you have the option to join our monthly membership for ongoing support, discounted treatments, and regular check-ins to keep you on track and feeling your best.

The ongoing membership is $150 per month, giving you access to discounted treatments, regular consultations, four comprehensive lab panels annually, and continuous support.

With our Refer-a-Friend Program, you can earn $100 off your next order for every friend, family member, or colleague you refer who signs up for services. There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so the more people you bring in, the more you save!
